Out dated, A/C unit that takes too long to take lower temperature.
Desk lamp was broken.
Dishes and utensils are all have water marks.

房間乾凈環境舒適，服務好，異國他鄉溫暖，設施齊全完善配套，方便客人，床品還行，空調很好，不錯的選擇，開心這次入住

Good location near Gangnam Center, near subway. The room is very clean has iron and kitchenware.

The room was not clean. The bedding has stains and the floor was dirty, too much dust in the whole room. And the shower booth had hairs from previous stay.

非常差，千萬別住，近幾年就沒住過這么差的，屋里好幾處莫名的臺階，東西舊 膩 這個説明手冊都包漿了，惡心死了，電梯和樓道各種莫名小臺階，無語

Never heard of a hotel doesn’t allow checkin after 11pm! Nobody works at reception after 11pm, even no security staff! Many other local Korean customers also couldn’t check in like foreigners. Should they at least keep 1 staff at reception to support so many emergency issues at night? Yes, you can set any hotel rules against customers. We can also complain and write reviews against you as well. I could not check in like many other customers and couldn’t get any refund. Please spread this news and don’t stay in this hotel. One more thing, the staff there are soooooo bad in attitude.

幸好 Trip.com app 內有酒店電話，搭地鐵途中打給前臺，告訴他們我正在趕回酒店Check-in????
剛剛好23:00到達，感謝酒店前臺職員????
已訂了四月尾再來看音樂的住宿，
雖然離我看音樂劇的位置要30分鐘地鐵，
但價錢比那邊平，而且房間大小也比那邊大，所以現在很喜歡住江南
而且附近還有通宵的橋村炸雞??
